Pure colors and pure shapes

In my artistic research, pure colors play a fundamental role. They are the colors that come directly from the tube, without mixing or alteration. They have an intensity and strength that knows no compromise: they carry with them their original essence, the authentic vibration that is not attenuated by combinations or nuances. Using pure colors means choosing the truth of the chromatic substance, accepting its power and letting it speak without mediation.
Alongside this, there are pure forms , which do not seek to imitate reality or faithfully reproduce what we see. They are forms that free themselves from the burden of the figurative and become symbol, rhythm, energy. Pure because they are not tied to an external reference, but born from an internal process: from the need to give visual structure to an emotion, a thought, a profound perception.
Pure colors and pure forms together become language. A language that doesn't describe, but evokes; that doesn't represent, but suggests. It is here that painting becomes the possibility of travel, of discovery, of opening up to dimensions that go beyond the visible.
